PRICING
Please note: The prices listed below are for ground cost only (flights not included) and based on double occupancy.
Book before December 10, 2018 (Early Bird): $2,850
December 11, 2018 – March 15, 2019 – $3,200
March 16 – April 15, 2019 – $3,400
Supplement for single occupancy: $950/person

FLIGHTS

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A deposit of $500 per person is due upon registration. If you are paying by check, we ask that you send it within 10 days of registering.
Payment of 50% of your total is due March 15, 2019.
Full payment is due April 15, 2019.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 
Deposit is refundable up until September 30, 2018. Once payment has been made, refunds for cancellations will be subject to the following penalties: $250pp after November 15, 2018; $1,000pp after December 15, 2018. Participants cancelling after March 30, 2019 will not be refunded.
