Passports and Visas: YOUR PASSPORT MUST BE VALID AT LEAST 6 MONTHS FROM DEPARTURE DATE. (Cannot expire before 24 December 2008). American citizens do not need a visa to travel to Israel.
Reservations and payment: A $250 deposit is required at time of registration. Additional $500 is required by 1 January 2008. Final payment is due by 8 May 2008 to avoid a $49 late payment fee. Please make your check payable to Bnai Zion Foundation.
Cancellations and insurance: As this is a group promotional fare, your cancellation can affect the size of the group and costs. Airlines and hotels impose their own cancellation policies.
For these reasons we must apply cancellation fees as follows:
From January 1 to February 21, 2008 the cancellation fee is $125.
From February 22 to April 22, 2008 the cancellation fee is $250.
From April 23 to June 9, 2008 the cancellation fee is $350 plus the value of the airline ticket.
From June 10 to 19, 2008 the cancellation fee is $500 plus the value of the airline ticket.
From June 20 until departure, the penalty is 100% of the cost of the package (no refund).
Only written cancellations will be considered. We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover the cancellation fees for medical reasons, as well as for accidents, loss or damage of luggage and more. Please contact Aviatours for full details at 1-888-574-2566.
Responsibility: Bnai Zion Foundation and Aviatours act only as agents for the various companies, owners or contractors providing the means of transportation, accommodation and other services. All exchange orders and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions under which such means of transportation, accommodation and any other services pertain to the tour or travel services. The issuance and acceptance of such documents shall be deemed to be consent to the further conditions: Bnai Zion Foundation and Aviatours assume no liability in arranging transportation, hotel and other accommodations and are not responsible for any personal injury, illness or property damage or other loss or expense of any nature whatsoever arising directly or indirectly out of any actions of any supplier of services providing any of the services, programs or accommodations offered. Bnai Zion Foundation and Aviatours shall not be held responsible for potential risks and hazards associated with travel to destinations included in this brochure, where injury, delay or unanticipated events may occur. Bnai Zion Foundation and Aviatours shall not resume responsibility at all and no liability at all for standards of quality, hygiene, political stability, cuisine, sanitation facilities, cleanliness, telecommunications facilities, methods of conducting business, emergency medical evacuation, treatment and medical services found in these destinations. Travel to these areas may entail risks including but not limited to the hazards of traveling in politically unstable areas, civil disturbances, war and arbitrary changes mandated by government authorities or private concerns. Bnai Zion Foundation and Aviatours shall be harmless from any and all liability in connection with the foregoing. Bnai Zion Foundation and Aviatours and/or their agents cannot accept the responsibility or liability for loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in transportation schedule, hotel overbooking or defaults or other causes. All such losses will have to be borne by the passenger. Each exchange coupon, order and ticket is to be regarded as contracted on or on behalf of the particular company or persons named in it. The passenger contract in use by the airline or passage with the purchases of these tours and/or the Passenger, The Airlines, and companies concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances. Bnai Zion Foundation and Aviatours reserve the right to cancel any tour, to make alteration to any itinerary, itinerary sequence and accommodations as found necessary, and to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour. Additional cost, if necessary will be the responsibility of the passengers.
SPECIAL NOTE: Delays, cancellations and overbooking may occur on air flights, cruises and land reservations by the participating carriers and hotels. While Bnai Zion Foundation and Aviatours will do their utmost to avoid these inconveniences, they cannot and will not assume resume responsibility for any respective carrier and hotels. It is agreed by and between the passenger(s) and Bnai Zion Foundation and Aviatours that all disputes and matters whatever arising under, in connection with, or incident to this agreement shall be litigated, if at all, in and before a court located in the City of New York, New York, USA, to the exclusion of the courts of any other city, state and country. Registration and deposit payment is considered acceptance of the above terms. Prices or taxes may be increased by the airline due to increase in fuel cost.
Prices:
Price includes: Round-trip flights from NY and LA (see below), lavish Israeli buffet breakfast daily, a Shabbat lunch, seven dinners, hotel room until 6pm July 2, all transfers within Israeltours as per program with special guides and deluxe buses, entrance fees to visited sites as per program and luggage handling in Israel.
Full package based on round-trip economy airfare and double occupancy:
From New York: $3,249 plus $210 taxes, subject to increase.
From Los Angeles: $3,568 plus $210 taxes, subject to increase.
Land only package based on double occupancy: $2,025.
Single supplement: $725.
Discounts:
Pay a $250 deposit by December 21, 2007 and receive a $50 earlybird discount on the package (including land-only package).
Pay the entire package by check, cash or wire transfer and obtain an additional discount of $130 (or a discount of $75 for the land-only package).
Special add-on fares from major U.S. cities are available.
